Luminar 4 startet nicht mehr nach Update
AnsweredHabe gerade das vorgeschlagene Update von Luminar auf 4.3.0 gemacht und jetzt startet das Programm nicht mehr.
Habe es deinstalliert und neu installiert, repariert, ... egal es klappt nicht.
Irgendjemand eine Idee was ich machen kann?

Sorry to hear about the issue you have encountered.
Could you please try restarting your PC and launching Luminar by right-clicking on the icon > Run As Administrator?
If the issue remains, please get in touch with our support team with some additional information:
1. Please let us know how much free space you have on your hard disc.
- Open File Explorer. You can use the keyboard shortcut, Windows key + E or tap the folder icon in the taskbar.
- Tap or click This PC from the left pane
- You can see the amount of free space on your hard disk under the Windows (C:) drive. Send us a screenshot of this window, please.
Besides, please send us a screenshot of your Virtual Memory settings:
- Right-click on This PC icon on your desktop, and then select Properties.
- Once you get to the window as shown below, click on the “Advanced system settings” link on the left.
- In the System Properties window, select the Advanced tab, and then click the Settings button under the Performance section.
- Select the Advanced tab and then click the Change button under the Virtual memory section.

Guys, what is this weird support, you have to stop it.
On the computers of the people, who are all reporting here, all other photo editing programs run without any problems and perform well, also every update goes through without problems, no anti.virus software has to be uninstalled or system configurations have to be checked.
Only with Luminar problems occur regularly and it's an imposition for all users that you abuse them as testers and then demand that they provide you with extensive information.
This is extremely unprofessional and must be stopped urgently if you want to save your reputation.
Your answer must be: sorry, we have not tested Luminar enough, we will check it and release an update as soon as possible. -

Ich hatte genau das selbe Problem.
D. h. Luminar 4 blieb im Startbild hängen.
Bei mir war die Lösung den SD-Kartenleser vom Motherboard zu trennen.
Der Fehler trat auf als ich mein Windows 10 neu aufsetzte und nun wohl andere Treiber für den Kartenleser verwendet werden.
Also mal versuchen den Kartenleser vom MB zu trennen.
Bei mir läuft so Luminar 4 wieder in der neusten Version.

Hi,
ich hatte das gleiche Problem.
Mein 4.3.0 lief ohne Probleme für 2 Wochen.
Dann blieb es beim STARTEN hängen.
Lösung wie bei Siegfried Hornstein, nur noch einfacher.
Einfach die SD Karte aus dem eingebauten Lesegerät nehmen und schon funktioniert es.
Ein Jammer wenn man bei den Endkunden testet.
