Thanks for the quick reply but there is one thing I just don’t understand.
Attached is a print screen of my license status.
I have not yet used all my possible installations, but I need to format one of the 3 computers where I have Luminar 4 installed.
If I do a reset of my licenses counter, will I have no problem reinstalling the software on the formatted computer?
I don’t want to miss either of the two facilities I still have available.
    Thanks

    Hi Joan,

You can always reset your license counter in order to activate Luminar on a different computer if you have already exceeded the limit.
(N.B. This will not deactivate the current activations in any way).

Reset buttons are available for each product you own in My Software tabManage my license sub-menu of your Skylum account. You can also contact us at https://skylum.com/support.

    Hi Joan,

If you click Reset All Licenses, your installation "count" will be back to zero. All you'll need to do on the other two machines is re-enter your email address and activation code. It will not remove the software from the other two machines.
