Download the previous version of Luminar from here: https://downloads.skylum.com/luminar4/win/Luminar4Setup_offline_420.exe
Once the installer has finished downloading, locate it in your Downloads folder (or wherever you chose to save it), right-click the file, and click Run As Administrator. A prompt might appear asking you whether you wish to confirm your action, click Yes and wait for the installer to load. Then, follow the instructions on the screen. -
try to create a new folder tree TileDataLayer\Database at C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local ? It's helped me.
Here's how to do it:
- On your keyboard, press Windows logo key+R
- In the Window that opens, please paste C:\Windows\System32\config\
Locate the folder systemprofile and open it. Note that you may be asked to confirm whether you'd like to get access to this folder, so press 'Continue'. - In the folder that opens, open AppData > Local
- If there's a folder called TileDataLayer, open it. Otherwise, create a new folder named TileDataLayer
- Inside a TileDataLayer folder, create a new folder called Database
- Reboot your computer and check whether the issue persists.
