    Hi Alexander,

We need to be able to reproduce the issue on our end in order to understand at which point it occurs and troubleshoot it. Please send us a screen recording of the issue and the image file.
You can use Monosnap to record your screen: https://monosnap.com/welcome

Here's how you can send us the files:

    1. Visit https://wetransfer.com/
    2. If it's your first time visiting this website, it might ask you to purchase a subscription. Simply select to proceed with the free version.
    3. Click Add your files.
    4. Select the file(s) on your computer.
    5. After you see all the files you need to send appear in the list, click the icon to the left of the Transfer button (the icon looks like a circle with three dots in it).
    6. In Send As select Link.
    7. Click Transfer.
    8. After the files have finished uploading, click Copy Link and paste it into your support request at support@skylum.com

Looking forward to hearing from you.

I have seen that also, it is quite random. It could be a issue to two or three photo in a row then start working again in same photo editing session. The good thing is that the Crop still works using under Canvas tools.

The problem is I have not found a method to reproduce. It comes and goes. Plus work-a-round is only one click more.

Same issues, however, crop tool unavailable using Canvas tools. Random occurrence on Imac 3.8 quad core, 32Gb, OS 10.15.6. Screen Shot attached.

    Hi Gary,

Please let me know whether you're able to access Crop via the Canvas tab on the right-side panel (see the screenshot: http://prntscr.com/tmej6f)

Usually, such a behavior occurs when the photo is not fully rendered. If you give it some time, does the Edit > Canvas tab menu become available?
