    Hi,

A lot of factors can influence Luminar 4's performance such as your computer's specs, the size of your image catalog, and the size of your image files. You can view the full required and recommended list of specifications here: https://manual.skylum.com/4/en/topic/technical-requirements

I recommend downloading the free trial of Luminar to see how it performs in your particular workflow. You can get it at www.skylum.com > mouse over Luminar in the header > click on Download Trial.

Let us know how it goes. We are here to answer any questions that may arise.

    Hello,
I can't belive the answer from Skylum. Realy? I bought Affinity Photo 1.8 and it works without any problem on my i5 Laptop with 8GB RAM.

Luminar 4.2 doesn't perform. It's not fun to use Luminar. :-(

    Sad regards,
    Christian

    Thanks Angela.
But actually I can't install the software.
I would be buying the laptop hence asking you whether it would work on i5 10th Generation processor, 8 GB RAM and without seperate graphics card.
Accordingly I need to buy laptop.

    Hi Member,

These parameters seem to meet the minimum requirements. However, please, ensure the graphics card supports OpenGL 3.3. and more.

Please, reach us via https://skylum.com/support if you need assistance in getting Luminar up and running.
