    You may need to reset your license. To do that, please, follow the link: https://photolemur.com/support 

    Then, please fill in your e-mail or serial number here:

    After that, click "reset the code":

    Also, please make sure to reset your license and use the same e-mail and serial number for activation.

    If the issue persists, please contact us at https://skylum.com/support and send us the screenshot of the activation window with your key and email entered.
