I have been trying reaching out to SkylumSupport to receive a refund for Air Magic 2. It has been over a week and I haven't received any news on my refund being processed. I understand that the support team has large volume emails to respond to, however I don't feel that it should take this long to process a refund. As I stated in my original email, I want to Upgrade to another product (maybe Luminar 4). I think it is only fair to receive a refund as promptly as Skylum received their payment. Please help me in getting my refund processed. I don't want this experience to tarnish my willingness to use Skylum in the future. Thanks in advance.
