Cache Pictures Duplicates

Hi,

If Luminar will save cache pictures  files in PreviewCache folder with no extension  or extension other than .jpg, those pictures will not be shown or imported in Mac or Windows as a hundreds of duplicates of the same picture.

  Hi Lenny,

  The PreviewCache folder includes the thumbnails of the images you've added to catalog.

  If you wish, you may delete its content and the thumbnails will be generated on the next launch of Luminar 4.

  I know, the problem is that I don't want them to be imported or seen by other software installed on my computer and assuming that all jpg images in my pictures folder are there because I wanted them to be there. Luminar preview thumbnails are causing my other software to be overobused by thousands of them. Such small tweaks can have a big positive impact on users experience.

  Thank you very much for your feedback. We do appreciate it. I also forwarded it to relevant department to see how we can improve this. Meanwhile, we would suggest to move Luminar catalog to different folder, which you do not sync with other apps. This should eliminate multiple copies generated by Luminar. Hope this helps. Thanks!
