Software does not work
AnsweredI used Luminar 3 successfully in the past I had computer problems and requested a key but Skylum could not find me I had to buy Luminar 4 yet it would not load correctly I tried down loading on multiple browsers I had Geek Squad work on this several times. For a month I could never get any solid information yet to turn my fire wall off when I downloaded it I got frustrated and got my money back. I went to Amazon and found Luminar 3 I got it sent put in the key and it worked. I had a client tonight and I draw up the app and it said trial expired I am back to the same place I never got past this point I put the email and key in and it says it didnt match I am getting my money back from Amazon now and just use another batch program I am a mod for Canon and DP I told them all I use Luminar now I will tell them my experience

Hi, did you try to send email to skylum support? They quit responsive in such cases. Luminar is a great sw ( they also have lot of things to improve), but do not gudge them for such things, maybe your email or password was misspelled when you registered your Luminar3. Did you try to recover the password?

If you're on Mac:
- Click the Apple icon in the upper left corner of your screen.
- Click About This Mac.
- In the window that opens, click System Report.
- In the window that opens, make sure Hardware is selected in the column on the left.
- Locate the Hardware UUID string, copy it, and paste it into your reply to this email.
If you're on Windows:
- Download this application: https://www.dropbox.com/s/3368dwtpisy2p1s/ViewHID.exe?dl=0
- Launch it.
- Copy HID1 and HID2 codes from the application's window and send them to us.
With this info, we'll be able to reset your trial. Please add this information to your support request.
