    one more thing.

For an User the RAW edit/process algorithm is not important, the result is the most important thing. Now unfortunatelly workspace is better in it. But Luminar win in other functions.

    Hi Laszlo,

I've checked your history of conversations with our support agents and it doesn't look like the submitted file was received. I see no incoming messages containing the requested files.

Would you be so kind as to re-submit the originals and the corresponding screenshots?

Here's how you can send us the files:

    1. Visit https://wetransfer.com/
    2. If it's your first time visiting this website, it might ask you to purchase a subscription. Simply select to proceed with the free version.
    3. Click Add your files.
    4. Select the file(s) on your computer.
    5. After you see all the files you need to send appear in the list, click the icon to the left of the Transfer button (the icon looks like a circle with three dots in it).
    6. In Send As select Link.
    7. Click Transfer.
    8. After the files have finished uploading, click Copy Link and paste it into your support request https://skylum.com/support

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hello, I suffer the same problem with my Olympus .ORF raw files(I cannot work with them on Luminar, so bad their rendering quality and visualization is) and I am being forced to previously export them to TIFF format from Olympus Workspace software, and therefore  not be able to directly work on RAW format, loosing convencience, some advantages and at the same time degrading the overall processing performance. So I am also very interested in this topic.
How did this message evolve? Was there any new finding/expected solution? Thanks on advance! Javier
