Library crashes on file importing
AnsweredI am trying to import my main Photos folder structure into Luminar 4, but it crashes every time. I then have to delete the catalog file to be able to relaunch Luminar. Of course, deleting this means I lose the edit info I made to any images prior to that.
Do I need to import folder by folder? Should I just keep using a different DAM method?

Hi Jon,
I see, in this case we'd need a short screen recording in order to better understand the problem and provide a proper solution for it. Here's how to record a screen on Mac:

Here's how you can send us the file:
- Visit https://wetransfer.com/
- If it's your first time visiting this website, it might ask you to purchase a subscription. Simply select to proceed with the free version.
- Click Add your files.
- Select the file(s) on your computer.
- After you see all the files you need to send appear in the list, click the icon to the left of the Transfer button (the icon looks like a circle with three dots in it).

- After the files have finished uploading, click Copy Link and paste it into the email to support@skylum.com.
