Here is they way on how to add your Photos Library to Luminar 4, please follow the steps below:

    * Please launch Finder, click Go > Home. Double click on Pictures.
    * Right-click on the Photos Library > Show Package Contents > Drag the Masters (for Catalina - Originals) folder to the Favorites bar on the left.
    * Launch Luminar, click Library > Add folder > Add Originals (for Catalina - Originals) folder.

    Thanks Victoria.

That's not my issue though. I'm trying to import the files located on my drive that are not in an existing library. These are all the files/folders under Photos on my drive, excluding the Photos Library

    Hi Jon,

I see, in this case we'd need a short screen recording in order to better understand the problem and provide a proper solution for it. Here's how to record a screen on Mac:

    https://support.apple.com/guide/quicktime-player/record-your-screen-qtp97b08e666/mac

Here's how you can send us the file:

    1. Visit https://wetransfer.com/
    2. If it's your first time visiting this website, it might ask you to purchase a subscription. Simply select to proceed with the free version.
    3. Click Add your files.
    4. Select the file(s) on your computer.
    5. After you see all the files you need to send appear in the list, click the icon to the left of the Transfer button (the icon looks like a circle with three dots in it).
    6. In Send As select Link.
    7. Click Transfer.
    8. After the files have finished uploading, click Copy Link and paste it into the email to support@skylum.com.

Please, include the URL of this post as well, so that our team could refer to it. Thanks!
