I used Luminar 3 and knew then that a lot of functions shown on the website and tutorials did not work. I made a poor assumption that Skylum actually wanted to provide an alternative to Adobe and upgraded to version 4 - I was wrong. Still the widows version does not allow you to use plug-ins and is missing other functions. So if you use Topaz Denoise or other common plug-ins you have to use the plug-in in LightRoom then open Luminar as a plug in and do the edits there. The only other option is to use each one as a stand alone program and then open the picture in Luminar. Instead of making photo processing easier and more seamless, you've made it more complicated and convoluted. I wish that Skylum would show the same respect for all users that Adobe does. I'm really not sure if I will keep it or ask for a refund at this point. I'm just very disappointed that Skylum thinks so little of it's users that they will not fix fundamental bugs to make the program useable for Windows users. If you don't fix it just call out that the functions you have decided to not include in the Windows version. Don't do demos on Mac only but be HONEST and show us the real world.
