Luminar 3 won't launch

HI, I have installed Luminar 3 on my window 10 laptop, I have the activation code but there is no where to enter it - the launch will not go beyond 'Tell Luminar where your photos are' on the welcome pages - I have uninstalled and reinstalled with no luck - any ideas?

  Hi Kerry,

  Please try the following solution, the Next button should appear:

  On Windows 8 / 10:

  1. Close Luminar.
  2. Right-click any empty space on your desktop > Display settings.
  3. In the window that opens, set the Change the size of text, apps, and other items dropdown to 100%.
  4. Start Luminar 3 and finish the setup wizard. You can safely change the display scaling back to its initial value after this.
