This forum used to be a busy place with lots of discussion and user to user assistance.
By tagging nearly all threads "answered" and closing them you have now destroyed that. When I am considering a purchase, one of the factors is how good the user to user support is, and I'll normally go elswhere if there is none.
I used to be a frequent poster here - and though I (rightly) criticised some of Skylums decisions and/or lack of progress on promises - I also provided a lot of help to other users.
But this is the first time I've posted here since the beginning of December. I came for discussion - there is none now.
