Fed Up
AnsweredAs we run Windows 7 on PC, I cannot get Lightroom so bought Luminar 4 as what was supposed to be a comparable alternative. Since that time, it's been nothing but frustrations. Every time I tried to play with the "different skies" feature, Luminars 4 would freeze/crash. Today, the whole thing just plain crashed and no matter what I do, I can't get the program to load: the intro screen comes up and then immediately, "Luminar 4 has stopped working." I paid good money for this editing program and can't even use it. About ready to request a refund, to be honest.

You seem to be experiencing what many windows users are. I assume you’ve updated to 4.1?
Unfortunately the hep in the forums is thin - the moderators typically seem to tell you to contact support then close the threads. Good luck pal - it’s a really is such a promising set of features is so poorly written as a program.
