Still waiting on 4.1 MS I file

still trying to get version 4.1 installed. I have messaged multiple multiple times explaining that the file I need is version 4.1 MSI. All other attempts have failed. Every file you have sent me has failed but you have not sent me the version 4.1 MSI. The EXE file does not work .....repeat does not work. I don’t quite know how else to explain my request.
So to sum up one more time. I would really like to update 4.0 to 4.1 I can not update until I have the 4.1 MSI file.Can you please send me a link to luminar 4.1 MSI.

I ran the link you sent me and when Luminar opens it shows as Luminar 4. The program then wants me to install the update. As soon as I start the update program, it crashes and does not install. The update program does not run due to kernelbase.dll errors. Is there just a complete 4.1 msi install program that will NOT run that small exe install program?
IT appears that you DO have a 4.0 msi version....what about a complete 4.1 msi program!
