    We have discovered that the most effective way to work with performance issues is via support. 

    In this way, we can work with your particular case, collect the info that is needed and forward it to our technical department to assist us and to isolate the bug. 

    That is the reason why we so often ask you to contact us directly via support.

    Your cooperation is needed to fix the issues and make Luminar 4 better.
