Stop marking posts as answered when they aren’t please
AnsweredPeople are starting threads about problems Which may reveal a theme you can use to fix the performance issues. At the very least it lets other customers know they aren’t alone. Pasting a “contact is” or “reduce catalog” and not even giving the poster a chance to respond before you close them not only reduces your chance of figuring out the problem and creates more work but it also stinks to high heaven of trying to sweep issues under the rug.
