Luminar 4.1?

An official Skylum comment posted a few hours ago says:
"Hi! We launched the global update Luminar 4 v4.1.0 yesterday."
Yesterday referring to Thursday January 2.

But when I check for updates I see this:

  Hi. We deliver the update gradually. It may not be available for some countries yet.

  If you don't want to wait, you can use one of the links below to get Luminar 4.1.0 straight away.

  For Windows:
  https://downloads.skylum.com/luminar4/win/Luminar4Setup_offline_5191.exe
  For MacOS:
  https://downloads.skylum.com/luminar4/mac/Luminar4_5709.dmg

  Don't forget to uninstall the previous version of the app first.

  Ditto - mine says 4.4.0.0 4880.
