Speed up Luminar 4

I'm looking for a Lightroom replacement and I am currently trialling Luminar 4.  I really like it so far but I am finding that it is frustratingly slow for pick/rejects.  Each image takes 3-5 seconds to render.  Are there options to speed it up like there are in Lightroom (Smart previews, 1:1 etc)

Using an i7 8700 and 16gb ram

  You are getting better performance than I: 

  1. Do adjustment

  2. Wait while Luminar 4 crashes

  3. Restart Luminar 4

  <Repeat from step 1>

   

  Using an I7 7700HQ and 24 GB RAM

  Hi Peter,

  At the moment Luminar 4 does not have those features, but we are constantly working to improve performance. We're putting the final touches on an update targeting performance and stability now and will release it ASAP.

  Wanted to chime in and say you really need to do something about the performance and flakiness like random crashes and all thumbnails not rendering on library grid view at times. I have a pretty beefy Win10 machine and decided to use  Luminar 4 instead of Lightroom for a change. I was liking the photo results until I got tired of performance, especially when I have hundreds of photos to go through from my recent travels.
