Hi, hoping for some help. I am beyond frustrated at my lack of being able to activate Luminar 3.
Long story short, after I enter my email address to begin the trial, I am instructed to then close the app and re-open it at which time I will be prompted to enter my security key/activation code. The problem is I am never prompted to enter my code/key and am stuck in a trial mode. Is there a place within the menus in luminar 3 where I can ask it to please let me enter my security key?

I am beyond frustrated because I am going back and forth via email with support and they are saying it should be prompting me to enter my key upon opening the software. Well, it's not. HELP.
My email is firstname.lastname@example.org. I own Aurora (works fine) and this luminar3 product.
