dng from mobile phone
AnsweredI tested with 2 dng photos taken with oneplus 3 + run them through a dng converter. I see the thumbnail in library mode of luminar 4, but in edit mode every function is greyed out.
Can dng from mobile phones (like oneplus 3) be processed with Luminar 4? What should I do in order to process them? Is it posstble?

Hi Bart!
DNG files are fully supported by Luminar.
Please contact our support team www.skylum.com/support so we can investigate the issue.

To add ... I don't have any issues with L4 processing DNG from my current Samsung S8 nor previous phones (Google and Samsung).
It's not clear from your post if you're having issues with both the DNG's from the Oneplus 3 and subsequently the converted DNG's?
The issue could be the photo app you're using in your phone?
As a process of elimination I suggest downloading two or more photo apps (that support DNG) from the Google Play store.
You'll soon know if the camera app you're current using is the culprit ...

@Bart: I am a bit confused by your post. You took a DNG photo with your smartphone and then ran it through a DNG converter? If this true, why would you run a DNG photo through a DNG converter? The DNG file format is a standard format, so if the OnePlus follows the standard, Luminar 4 should not have a problem with it. No need for a converter.
