The main reason I bought Luminar 4 was for the "easy, 1-Click" Sky Replacement. That really seems to be the ONLY feature that does NOT work for me. I've had a couple of replies from support during the 10-12 days since I first created a ticket but all they do is ask questions that I covered in my original support request. I understand they are busy but this is bordering on the ridiculous for the time involved and the lack of knowledge of the support personnel.
Has anyone help useful help from support?
