I have been an Aurora user for two years and recently upgraded to 2019. Since, all of my results have been overly saturated in red. I have tried to communicate with Skylum technical support now for weeks, get quick fixes from them that either are inapplicable to my platform (Mac) or make no sense, and in each case find that there is no ability to communicate with anyone at Skylum technical support within any practical timeframe. Most of their replies take almost two weeks and they blame this on the overwhelming number of inquires they have received in response to their software. I am wondering if anyone has had the same problem with their actual Aurora results, and whether anyone has figured out how to get Skylum to respond to support inquiries in a way that is in any way useful. My purchase of their product is absolutely useless if this is the type of support they offer.
