This is my fourth attempt at contacting Customer Service. I really hope you can help.
I bought Luminar 4 for Windows, plus five bonuses on November 29/19 through Skylum's website. I watched as the purchase completed and my Visa was charged $145.00 Cdn at approx. 9:15 pm PST. Since then, I have received nothing. NO Activation email. I have NO order number, links or codes to download the software or the bonuses. I tried requesting my activation email be re-sent, only to receive an auto-message that said "No data found. Seems like this email/activation code is not associated with any Skylum software. Try to enter a different email or contact our support team." The email was the same one I did the purchase with, so I have no idea why I'm getting this message. Right now, I have nothing to show for my purchase except a $145.00 charge on my Visa.
I would be grateful for any help you can provide!
