in one week the 30-days-money-back guarantee will expire and till now none of the major performance and stability problems with Luminar 4 has been solved.
Although I am very disappointed with the support and customer service (closing all threads in the forum for further comments by saying "I´ve sent you an e-mail" is not what a forum is for!) - I still hope for an update that fixes L4 at least so far that it can be used a bit.
Nevertheless I will not let run out the guarantee without any improvement. Just saying that you are trying to release an update before the end of this year isn´t enough. Unless you release a working update within this week there are just two possibilities left:
- you extend the money-back-guarantee at least till 30 days after the update
- I will have to demand for full refund before the existing guarantee expires next week.
I wrote a post with the suggestion of a further guarantee before, but it was closed without an answer. Maybe you should consider an official answer in this thread (not via e-mail) cause many will be forced to demand refund if nothing happens befor the end of the guarantee.
