Luminar 4 is a Disaster, and Support are doing NOTHING to sort it
AnsweredI reported issues with Support with installing and running Luminar 4 on Launch day. I have paid for a POS piece of software that won't install and activate, and when installed using the offline installer, won't actually run it crashes on launch. I have sent 4 sets of Event Logs with the crash events and no one from Support has got back to me!
Is Luminar 4 for real, or is it a scam??

Sorry to hear that, but you won´t get any help here. Soon a comment from a skylum team member will say that they sent you an e-mail. Don´t expect any help. That´s just a reson for them to close the thread an stop people complaining about Luminar 4. They know it doesn´t work. But they don´t want you to talk about it!

Yes, and the problem with The Support sending an email, is that they don't respond when you answer it. A major failing is that the Support System (if it exists) does not issue or assign a Ticket Number to refer to the case, making tracking impossible. Followup is impossible, it is a complete shambles.
