Dear skylum team,
again and again we can read the same posts in this forum. People are complaining about crashes and extremly bad performance of luminar 4 and the only response they get is to contact the support.
I contacted the support for refund and just after 8 days of wait I got a response, requesting Luminar 4 crash reports from my computer. I have sent reports of the first 5 different crashes to your supportteam. Just like probably thousand others did.
In the e-mail with the crash-report-request your support team asked me to wait till the update and then decide if I want refund or not. My question about when to expect the update and how long I will have time to decide after the update wasn´t answered.
Instead I got an e-mail promoting Luminar 4 and saying that only positive feedback about stability and performance has come to you.
I think we have come to a point where some general things have to be cleared.
1) When will the update come?
2) Will you extend the 30 days money back guarantee and for how long?
The original 30-days-...-guarantee will run out on december 18th. Unless you don´t officialy specify a new guarantee at least for those who suffer from major stability and performance problems, I will demand a full refund before dec 18th. And I am sure many others will too.
And finally, don´t answer with a comment that you are sorry and close this thread for other comments. LEAVE IT OPEN AND LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS
