Yesterday I got an e-mail from skylum, advertising Luminar 4. It says that there has been only positive feedback about Luminar 4, its stability and performance. WHAT A SHAMELESS LIE!!!
I do totally understand that skylum has to promote its software, but to pretend that there is not a single problem and only happy and celebrating custumers while Luminar 4 is a total desaster in terms of stability and performance to so many extremly disappointed customers is close to fraud.
A skylum team member wrote in this forum that little over a dozend support team members are facing over 9000 e-mails with problems and complaints.
Every single thread in this forum since the release of Luminar 4 deals with complaints and problems with stability and performance of L4. Simply deleating the threads and comments with the argument that the theme is dealt with elsewhere may make others believe that there are not so many complaints but for those looking for help on a regular basis its just a slap to the face.
i.e. marking a thread as answered just because someone of your team wrote "talk to the support team" isn´t a solution either!
Maybe you should show some honesty and inform your customers aubout progress in fixing this momentarily useless software.
Instead I have the feeling that you are just trying to lure us out of the 30 days refund warrenty. The support team asked me to wait till the release of the update. Then i could decide either I want refund ore not. My question about how long it will take till the update comes and how long after i can demand the refund wasnt answered.
