L4 - how use multiple looks at once?

How do i use multiple looks at once, is this possible? I think one way is with multiple Layers? Is there any other way?

It seems like when you click on one Look the previous one goes away, is that right?

  You are correct in that adjustment layers are the way use more than one look. Looks are simply presets (a combination of the various filters/sliders) to achieve a specific 'look.' If you do not use a new layer, you are simply replacing one look with another.
