Bad Help From Support
AnsweredI have been talking to support for the last several days. I purchased L4, installed it on my windows 10 machine only to find out the new L4 install is incomplete and has no plugin tab to allow me to install my 3rd party plugins. Since I know others using L4 updated from L3 who have all their plugins working getting a response from support that it is not available angers me. To take days to give me a lam answer angers me even more.
You need better support.

Currently 3rd party plugin support for both L3 and L4 is Mac only.
As far as I'm aware Skylum is working on Luminar feature parity between both platforms (Windows and Mac).
Skylum is at present inundated with email correspondence ... it's highly likely it'll take a while before they get back to you.

They have been telling / promising us that since I first purchased the product in November 2017. In reality next to nothing has been done in regards to Windows Mac parity. It seems highly unlikely that situation will change given their past actions.

Regarding parity:
Luminar 4 in identical on MacOS and Windows except for 3-rd party plugins support and Lasso tool.
We will do our best to add this functionality on Windows platform in the future updates.
