    Okay same problem, and it crashes my computer,

    no response from support, Luminar 3 worked better.

    I have the same problem. Slow computer crashes and closes the program. I can't use it.
    PC Configuration: Dell, I5, * GB RAM, Windows 10.
    Skylum simply replies to the email with an automatic default reply. I am disappointed with the performance.
