Currently, I believe you can only use Luminar 4 as a plugin to Aurora HDR 2019 manually.
Find the file: Luminar4.8bf
By default, this file is located here on a Windows PC: C:\Program Files\Skylum\Luminar 4
Copy the file Luminar4.8bf and paste it on the Desktop or some other location of your choice.
Launch Aurora HDR 2019, load your image and click Plug-ins > Other > Open plug-in and navigate to the Luminar4.8bf file. Once you have selected it, it will launch Luminar 4 and load your image. Make your edits and then click apply and the edited image is sent back to Aurora HDR 2019.
This seems to work ok in my limited testing.
