    I do not even try it. Will wait till a first wave is gone lol and support is not that busy hehe.

    No, but to be fair I only submitted my problem to Support 4 days ago.  Got the automated reply re responding in 24-48 hours.  Thats it.

    Absolutely terrible, The offline installer worked on my laptop, and installed on my desktop, but won't run.  Loads of info in Event Log AppCrash, but who to sent it to - they have our money already and don't seem to care.

    No response after 2 days either. Issue is extremely slow to load and process anything.

    Your only course of action is the BBB. Just send a few emails each day for at least a week and also call by phone (they wont answer)

    Then report to BBB, you will need their address, phone, email, web address. (the BBB takes this stuff seriously, be professional)
