Simple question - how do I save original images?
Hi All - So I open a dng file, retouch/export for social media as a jpeg. All fine. Now I want to move on to another image file. How do I save that original color image unretouched? If I've converted an original dng or jpeg to b&w, I'm happy to see a duplicate in b&w in my master file but I also want the color original visible. I'm probably missing something incredibly straightforward here but your help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi,
All the edits are stored in your Luminar Catalog only until you export the image. You can edit the image in one variation, then export it and after that Reset Adjustments on the original image and develop it differently. However, if you're referring to virtual copies, currently, Luminar 4 doesn't have such functionality.

Hi Alina. So after editing my original I need to do a reset. That's fine. But I'd like to get all my edits to show up in my Luminar catalog, is there a way I can save my b&w exported jpeg into the catalog at the same time - or will I need to reimport it to get it to show up alongside the original? Thanks for your help.
