I Pre-ordered Luminar 4 in September and was supposed to get Smugmug for 1 year. I received no link or info on how to get it

  Wrote to the support days ago, but no answer. A bit disappointing as a new customer..

  I have Aurora, Luminar 3 and now Luminar 4. So far I have sent 4 emails regarding the link to SmugMug. No response.
