    • Try copying and pasting your license key instead of typing it
    • If you own several Skylum apps, make sure you are using the correct key

    In case the issue persists, send us your license key and a screenshot of the activation window with your key entered to this email https://skylum.com/support

    Copy & paste where???

    I haven't been able to find anywhere to put it and I'm not alone.

    You should be able to activate the software this way:
    in the top bar menu choose File > Activate
