When will pre orders receive their smug mug portfolio activation code? Need this more than luminar 4 at the moment! Please hurry!!

  It seems that if you have used smugmug before you don’t get the one year subscription. As I assume most who upgraded used smugmug so no dice. I’m sure that was not mentioned in the promotional material when we signed up for a early purchase of the upgrade. Another mis communication? . My email does not include the code and says I can use until the 2nd December 2019 - a whole two weeks and without a code!? - no wonder I was tempted to lash out on a Luminar 4 months before it was available.

  I've used smugmug before, but that is on another email account, so I should have received the code in the email.

  I actually got the signup link/code now in a separate mail.

  Skylum has caused some confusion for me today, but all is well for me now :)

  I've received my SmugMug code.

  Is the code transferable?

  That is I have a SmugMug hosted website   https://www.peterdinnan.com/

  Am I able to give the code to a friend who doesn't currently have a SmugMug website?

  To answer my own question ... Yes! the activation code can be transferred to anyone who doesn't have a SmugMug account.

  In reply to my enquiry SmugMug said the activation code isn't associated with any email address.

  I haven't received the Smugmug code either, and I'm not an existing/past Smugmug customer. In fact, I didn't even get the mail with the Luminar 4 download link, but I then downloaded the trial version from Skylum's website and activated it with the license number sent with my purchase receipt in early October. Would be nice to finally have the code/link for Smugmug too...
