L3 and L4 Dual Install

  L4 does not overwrite or uninstall L3. Both are usable.

  I have Luminar 2018, 3 and 4 all installed in my PC and all of them are working. 2018 still the fastest of them all. 3 and 4 are not so good, although more functions.
