How much memory do you have? Image editing can require lots of memory to work properly.

I just downloaded Luminar 4 on a Windows PC, and everything works great except for the Sky Replacement button. When I click on Sky Replacement, Luminar 4 locks up. All other functions within the AI Sky Replacement function work just fine. My computer appears to meet minimum requirements.

Hey guys, it would be nice if you reported back with this. I just bought Luminar 4 4.0.0.4880 specifically for the sky replacement. I am running Windows 10 and my computer more than meets the requirements for Luminar 4. The rest of Luminar 4 works fine but when I tried to replace a sky on a relatively small file 2048 px wide I clicked on the sky selection and get a little spinning circle that went on for 15 minutes while I fixed a cup of tea and drank it. Windows reported it had stopped working. Closed it, tried again. and again. Went to the contact support and came up with a big laundry list of stuff to send support. Well OK, but before I waste my time and yours on this I checked the forum and --- others have the same problem.  And yes, I shut down the computer, restarted, shut down all the other programs, and reproduced the problem. Did all that simple stuff.
So it would be kind if you came back with a solution on this forum - might be something I can fix without going through the reporting process.

Yes, I did that. Still no response from support. From your reply I'm guessing this isn't a simple fix.
