Hi Peter,
Our developers are doing their best to implement the support of new cameras in future versions.
For now, we recommend you to install Adobe DNG Converter and convert your RAW files to DNG file format (which is supported by Luminar).
Please use one of the links below to download Adobe DNG Converter:

Hi. Please contact us via https://skylum.com/support and we will figure something out.

@Alexander, Canon EOS RP is now supported by Luminar 4. The app can handle CR3 files.
@Satoshi, we're aware of the issue that some lens info may be not displayed in Luminar. Could you please provide us with the photo for which the lens info is missing so that we could double-check it?
Here's how:
- Visit https://wetransfer.com/
- If it's your first time visiting this website, it may ask you to purchase a subscription. Simply select to proceed with the free version.
- Click Add your files.
- Select the file(s) on your computer.
- After you see all the files you need to send appear in the list, click the icon to the left of the Transfer button (the icon looks like a circle with three dots in it).
- In Send As select Link.
- Click Transfer.
- After the files have finished uploading, click Copy Link and paste it into your support request at https://skylum.com/support

So I've been using Luminar for the last couple of versions, just upgraded to L4. Nice product, but noticed today that not everything that's supported behaves like it's supported.
Both cameras, Leica Q2 and Panasonic ZS200 are on your updated list, and neither is working properly. You can see the corners of the image have noticeable vignettes in both photo when imported directly from the SD card. Stopping first in Lightroom takes care of the problem. But stopping first in Adobe DNG converter does not fix the problem. -
Hi Terry Brownell,
Please apply Lens Correction to the RAW files and Luminar 4 will fix this issue.
The Lens correction tools are available in Canvas > Lens & Geometry (see the screenshot: http://prntscr.com/pvxg3z)
If we can further clarify please contact us at http://www.skylum.com/support and we'll be happy to help.
