Luminar 4 - Better performance?

Hi.

 

I was about to pre-order Luminar 4, but after trying the Luminar 3 trial I am a bit worried to do so. The performance is so bad - And I am not even editing yet. When I browse through my photos from the Library tab, it takes 5+ seconds to fully load each picture when I click on them. It will take ages to flag, rate and reject photos at this rate.

 

Will the performance be better in Luminar 4? It not, I will look at something else.

 

I have a Macbook Pro from 2017 and I only have about 100 pictures in my library, so I am pretty sure that's not the problem.

  Unfortunately, everything is pretty slow for me, too. Hopefully it will be better with the new version.

  Yes. Only images.
  
  But you don't need to spend more time on it. I have decided to switch back to Lightroom
