How can I add a border OUTSIDE a picture using Luminar 2018 ?

  This that a little experimentation. Make a 640x400 file with MSPaint or other software. Fill completely with white, then make and inner rectangle leaving the desired border. Fill in inner area with black, save a PNG (JPG might work). save.

  Open your photo in Luminar, Add texture overlay and open file you created, turn amount to zero. This will give you a photo with Black Border. 

  I only tried using Black and White, other color may yield different results. Also the amount setting does not have to be zero, try other settings.
