Hi, there are indeed some issues with Photolemur and Catalina MacOs, which we plan to fix too. But for now there is no exact info yet regarding the next update. Please stay tuned!

We are aware of the possible compatibility issues with MacOS Catalina and Photolemur 3, but right now, we are mainly focused on developing Luminar, so there is no exact info yet regarding the next update. Please stay tuned.

This is really not acceptable. I recently paid $35 for this program and now you are telling me that it does not work and you cannot say when it will be fixed. This sucks!!!

I agree with Paul Holden that the response from Photolemur development on this issue is NOT acceptable. We paid for this program and it does not work.

You say that we have to wait until you've developed yet another photo program before you'll look at creating a fix for the one we ALREADY PAID for.

What makes you think people will buy Luminar when Photolemur doesn't work just a few months after purchasing it? I sure won't.

This is totally unacceptable. I have exactly the same issue too with macOS Photos and Photolemur 3. I was considering purchasing Luminar 3 (being a happy user of Luminar 2018), but I won't do it, because I don't want to spend money not to get assistance and updates.

I'm not happy to see this response. I waited several weeks to update to Catalina so that all the software I use would have had time to fix any compatibility issues. One of the first things I tried to do after updating was working on a set of photos. I've come to rely on Photolemur's plugin in for Photos. Not knowing how long I'll have to wait for a fix is aggravating.

I am new to Photolemur and an amateur user. I purchased Photolemur 3 for (5 devices) after using Photolemur 2.  Since updating to macOS Catalina,I can no longer save my edited pictures back into Photos on my iMac.  Reading how Photolemur Support is handling this matter is unacceptable. To just abandoned your customers is a telling act! I will not upgrade to any photo program sold by this company.

I used to work as a software developer. We would NEVER have allowed a situation like this to persist for months. Breaking between one OS release and the next suggests you’re doing something foolish, like using undocumented interfaces. There is literally no excuse for this issue. I’m so done with your product(s).
