Latest version broke scrolling in the library with scroll wheel acceleration on

I use an Evoluent vertical mouse and have scroll wheel acceleration enabled in their drivers.  This works correctly in all programs I've ever used from chrome to video games, to photoshop. It worked fine in luminar as well until the latest update (3.1.3.3920).  Now I have to disable acceleration to be able to scroll in the library.  Interestingly, scrolling with acceleration still works fine to zoom an image when editing, so this is unique to the library.  With acceleration enabled, the library might move a few pixels if I scroll really slow, and if I scroll with any speed it moves a pixel or two or not at all.

  I have the same issue with my new "Razer Ultimate" (wireless mouse). I have to move the mouse while scrolling with the middle mousewheel, otherwise nothing happens!
