I have downloaded multiple times the trial version in the UK.
When I go to enter email details; I keep getting the message telling me that I need the internet.
My PC is constantly on-line via Ethernet connection and all other on-line products work fine; including downloading Aurora.
I notice also when I go to the help menu; I get a non usable url.
Please see attached screen shots.
Does anyone have any guidance/help.
I have a new Asus i5 9th gen PC with loads of memory and RAM.
