I have contacted SKYLUM multiple times to have my purchase added to my account. I have followed all of the directions and have not been successful in being able to have my purchase added to my account and be able to use it.

Hi Michael,
Please note that the software appears in your account once you activate it with the email that you use to log-in to your account.
As far as I can see you haven't activated Luminar 3 and Aurora HDR 2019 yet.
Please activate them so you could see it in your Software tab in the skylum acc.
