    Interesting Tony, I was wondering the same. There's quite a few threads in the suggestions area that are unanswered. Hopefully Skylum are very busy working hard..... :D

    That is because Skylum never take on board suggestions. Not from us paying users. It appears they only listen to their mates who are deemed to know it all!

    Well obliviously if you are hearing and seeing these comments rolling in, it means Skylum should create a customer support system that works. I was going to purchase after my trial period expired and then I hit a brick wall when I had a question. Great product, ZERO customer service. To bad because I truly loved the product.
