    Hi Brian,

    Great suggestion. I will pass the idea to our developers and hopefully we can implement that in the future.

    One thing that a lot of graphics tools have is 'arrow nudge'  

    basic nudge is quite small, tiny.  Shift arrow keys nudge it 10 times as fast.

    Sketchup does rotation differently.  There you can pull the edge of the protractor some arbitrary distance away and 'get more leverage'  takes a bigger movement to rotate a given amount.

    A third way would be to have shift apply to mouse movements.  E.g. Shift mouse drag moves at 1/10 speed.  For this you apply it to everything.  This is what I consider the best option.

    The having a picture horizon line(connecting midpoints of the side, and a window horizon line (connect the midpoints of the edit window allows you to see how much twist you've given it.

    A fourth way would be to just let you edit the angle as a number by clicking on it.  One of the many features that made Aperture a joy to use.
