One of the failures of Adobe products in general is a wretched, inconsistent user interface.
One of the things that Skylum could do would be to run Alphatests using TeamViewer or other screen shareing software. It's set up that Skylum's test machine is screenshared to testers. One guy drives -- 2-3 watch. All comment. Developers and UI designers furiously take notes.
Could even do youtube videos of these sessions for the SkyLum fans.
This takes advantage of another attribute of Adobe: They are NOT noted for listening. Figure out ways to involve the community, and you build brand loyalty.
